We just got our NOA1. The assigned service center is in Texas.

We are both in Canada. You are sure you applied online and not on-paper and got IOE?

Yes I applied online on Nov 19 for my spouse . I’m citizen . On nov 25 I received my NOA1 and my Services Center is Nebraska
