Hi, we filled a petition online and we got an IOE case number. Will USCIS still send us the NOA1 in the mail even though they already emailed us with a receipt number? And do we need to call them to know which service center is handling our case?

Yes they will mail you a letter NOA1, the letter will be from the service center your petition is at

Yes . After 6 days I received NOA1 with Service Center .

@LilyJ thank you! Do you know how long will take them to send the NOA1? We filled it on the 26th of November.

Usually takes around 1-2 weeks for paper NOA1, but it can take up to a month

@LilyJ thanks. I’ll ask my husband to keep an eye out on the paper. Hopefully we’ll get it soon.

Maybe but you can check in your account if the “A receipt notice was mailed”

Long process, we need to be patient. My service center is Nebraska and processing time is 12 - 15 months
