hi there please can anyone help me out, my sister priority date is 04 May 2007 and case category is f4. NVC case number is ISL2009*****. when she can expect to get the visa/interview? thanks

Are you document qualified (case complete) at NVC ?

what do you mean? how we know case is completed at NVC? when i check the status on CEAC it says "AT NVC". thanks for the reply

What documents have you submitted to NVC?  Have you paid any fees?

Her priority date is not yet current, so she won't get an interview date until it is.  They are setting interviews for priority dates on/before 02 Feb 2007 and your sister's priiority date is in May of 2007.  All you can do now is make sure you have all the required documents and fees.
