Passport Photos for Embassy Interview

Hi all,

Just a quick question about the interview coming up this Tuesday - I got the required passport photos from a photographer, however they were not cut out of the strip which they came on. Should I cut them out myself (which should be pretty easy) or bring them to the Embassy uncut and let someone there do it? When my wife went to the Brit Embassy in California to get her British Fiancee Visa, she brought them uncut and they did them there at the Embassy - I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on this for my CR1 interview on Tuesday?

I'd cut them out because usually, you just hand them your stuff and they check if it's all there. Not sure if they'd appreciate uncut pictures.

But be careful not to cut off edges or too much, you know those requirements are pretty strict.

Just for clarification, you are talking about visa photos and not passport photos, right? There is a little difference between the two, I believe. And, yes, you should have them cut apart and placed in the packet in the same order as specified in the instructions. It is really important that you follow the instructions to the letter or you will face delays or requests for more information.
