Hi everyone, thanks God and everyone here who helped us , 🙏  !! 😊we checked our online status  on 28 November that shows our case has Been approved and approval notices is sent , we looking forward for next step !!  what forms we are required to fill out and do we have to pay fee online or we can send check with affidavit of support and other supporting documents !! Thanks in advance

Immigrant visa:  1-603-334-0700 Operator assistance is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) . For the shortest wait time, begin calling for the NVC Agent at 7:05 am EST M-F.

 
TAX TRANSCRIPTS:  

Certified tax transcripts may be ordered by using Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 4506-T available at www.irs.gov or
calling 1-800-829-1040.

. Get case & invoice number from NVC

. Pay AOS & IV fee on CEAS website

. Upload and SUBMIT AOS packet and supporting documents

. Upload and SUBMIT Civil Documents 

  1. Passport Bio Page

  2. Birth Certificate

  3. Marriage certificate ( Nadra nikahnam & Urdu nikahnama, english translated and attested/certified copy of urdu nikahnama )

  4. NVC will ask for police certifcate from Pakistan but it is no longer required 

  5. Divorce certificates of Both petitioner and beneficary ( if it applies to you )

  6. Two passport size photos of Beneficary

  7. Any other document that is required by NVC

 

Good luck and don't forget to submit your documents after uploading on CEAS website NVC will not be able to see any documents if they are not submitted.

Thanks a lot @CH Saab 🙏....after paying AOS and IV fees ,can we send AOS, civil and other supporting documents through mail or do we have to upload them on ceac website??? Thanks in advance

You will have to upload and submit them on CEAS website

So it means I can’t send copies of all civil, financial and supporting documents with AOS and send them to NVC address ??  ..thank you in advance, i’d appreciate 🙏

No don't do that it will delay your case processing
