Okay good, then you should be able to reschedule the same way.  If there aren't any appointments open, it may be that you just have to wait a little bit.  That happens with K1. 

You can also try the inquiry form and emailing Montreal.

Okay well when we get the interview re-scheduled is my fiance going to have to complete ANOTHER medical exam?

Depends.  The visa will be valid for 6 months from the medical.  If more than 6 months have gone by before you can book a new interview then yes.

i know that, its just confusing when theres wrong information in the place where they are supposed to help guide you. But thank you for the help i should have came to VJ from the beginning!
