Hi guys,

Need some advice with a particular problem i am having as it relates to the AOS fee, have being trying to pay this fee for over a month now, was able to pay the IV fee using the same banking information so i know that isn't the problem. each time i try it keeps telling me that there is an active fee and and that the one has being cancelled. whenever, i try calling NVC from jamaica it doesnt give me the option to wait online for a rep to speak just a recorded msg then it cuts it self off. i had my brother call them, he lives in the states and he was able to speak with them, the instruction was to sent an inquiry to NVC which i did on the 15th of October i waited for almost a month before getting a response and when i finally did i was even more confused than before. they didnt answer the question i ask about a possible alternative form of payment seen that the online payment not being accepted. they mention that a aos was paid on a cross-refernce case.

Back story:

My mom the petitioner is an american citizen and had paid an AOS fee in 2014 for my 2 younger brothers, i think that might be a contributing factor but i know the case has to be at NVC concurrently for one AOS to suffice, there is a five year span don't think that fee paid in 2014 will cover for me now. ''AOS FEE PAID ON CROSS-REFERENCE CASE'', but what does that mean for me. i cant pay the fee and i cant move forward with the process until this fee is paid. i have completed the DS-260 form and submitted it with all my civil document that was done over a month ago and i just stuck not knowing what to do next, i can't upload i-864 form and supporting financial document and without those my case is at a stand still.

anyone that have gone through or going through this process and have had a similar issue what was the result?
