I am still sleeping well (for now) mostly because the interview is 2 months away. I'm just stressing on having everything ready for it!

It is so good to hear about other February filers moving on to interviews after living in that black hole known as CSC!

I called the Department of stale line and found out that they sent packet 3 to Neal on Wednesday, so hopefully he'll get it soon and we can speed this interview process along.

Awesome!! Congrats to you both! Hope you'll get your interview scheduled in a reasonable amount of time!

No, still getting the same run around from the Department of Hate. I will call them a bit later, for what that's worth. 3 more days and it will be a month since our case has been on hold, tied up, tied down, sitting, stagnating, or whatever at NVC.

BTW, I called DOH and NVC again, sobbing through the conversation , and as always, it was useless. Just useless. Same rhetoric, same mundane answers.

We should i think, have our interview date (packet 4) on Wednesday. Jakarta is fast at scheduling interviews so we could have an interview by the end of the week or next week.

sister Nag, never give up ! You're in my prayers. I hhhhhate it when I read about AP/AR everywhere here. 2 people in love just want to be together. It's as simple as that!!

And really, that is all it is.....2 people in love. We have been tried and tested, now lets move on, but noooooooooooooooooo ! NVC wants us to stagnate somemore. My SO told me yesterday , " My dream, let us not cry because it is out of our hands. Maybe it is still not our time yet, so what can we do? We must wait. "

OK! We had a really easy interview and they took her passport. Tomorrow she will go to the embassy and pick up the passport with a new fiancee visa inside! WHOOOHOOOO!

We had so much evidence they didn't ask many questions. They let me stay with my SO the whole time. They asked her about a few of her trips to the US:

Why were you in the US? Who did you visit? Where did you meet your fiance? Then one little trick question, 'you already have a tourist visa, why are you bothering with this other visa?'

Then they asked me about my job, how many children I have, and when we plan on getting married.

It was really easy and fairly informal considering the officer was on the other side of a glass window. We were in a waiting room and on speakers so the whole room was listening.

I guess we answered the questions correctly cause she will have her visa!!!!!!
