I sent my RFE Response on Friday overnight via USPS Priority Mail. My response was too big to send in the small envelope they provided, but I used the same address. 

 

Today I get these update from USPS. 

 

Your package has a delivery exception. We attempted to deliver your package at 11:40 am on June 6, 2020 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607 but could not access the delivery location.

 

A few minutes later I get this one. 

 

Your item was delivered at 9:39 am on June 8, 2020 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607 to INS EXPRESS MAIL. The item was signed for by L ACOSTA.

 

What is INS Express Mail?

What is INS Express Mail? 

If the mail arrived at the proper location and it was signed for, I'm not sure what your concern is. It's been delivered. Time to move on you're going to be fine. If you google search you will see that anyone who has commented on this never stated that their file wasn't received by the intended department. Oy Vey!

It looks good now. Case status updated to RFE Response Received.
