Sending my RFE Response tomorrow. Hopefully will get a decision soon. I'm assuming it's either a NOID or approval?

Your petition is already approved except for the bow and that will come once the IO looks over your RFE materials. If they are satisfied, then you get a passing grade. Good luck and stay engaged.

I just realized that I was going to send a copy of the TOS of the dating app I met my fiancée on. The RFE didn't ask for it, but asked what platform I met her on. Too late now.

Will this be an issue?

Can't say as each IO reviews each applicant with a different lens. If it wasn't asked for, I doubt it will be an issue. If they need additional information they'll ask. You have done all you can do at this stage. Just need to leave it in their hands.

Hello. We got an RFE Last Friday!  So they are working on our case.

Our answer is going to be based on the whether the petitioner or the beneficiary is the on who has has been married twice. Answer that and we then can answer your question.

Also we need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Welcome to the thread. We are glad you have found us. I was looking at your timeline and your dates for your RFE are a bit turned around. If you fix the date your data can become a part of the VJ stats.

To answer your question, Yes, all documents must be translated to English for the interview. You can or someone who is proficient in English can do it or you can hire a company to do it for you.

11.3 Foreign Language Documents and Translations.

(a) Document Translations .

All documents submitted in support of an application or petition must include complete translation into English. In addition, there must be a certification from the translator indicating that the translation is complete and accurate and attesting to his or her competence as a translator. See 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) .
