They are asking about proof that we met as well. I submitted that with the petition. Why are they asking for more proof.. It should have been ample.

The only thing I really know is that the other petitioner was cheating on her while waiting for the process. They received the NOA2. But it never went further than that. No medical, no interview. He visited her once in a April of 2018, filed in May 2018 and never came back.

Read the words closely. They're asking for 1. proof of bonified intent to marry and a description of what happened with the prior relationship, and when. And 2. a description of when you met, and on which platform.

I don't see them asking for additional documents proving you have met in the last 2 years. It looks like they just lump these more scrutinous requests in with their more general reasons for RFE.

The bottom part states, you must prove that I met her in the past two years preceeding the filing.

On the second page, it says, submit a personal statement which includes the date, place and circumstances of meeting. Along with the statement please include additional evidence

Oh, I only saw one page. I think I'm missing some info.

Yes, I was aware of her previous relationship and that she had been engaged. Prior to filing myself in December, I did ask in VJ if her previous K1 petition would hurt me and I was told no. So I didn't think anything of it. Her petition would have expired by that point.

It does not hurt you IF you explain it properly. Draft up your DETAILED explanation tell them what happened with the other petition from start to finish including dates. Tell them you were fully aware of it, be truthful with the dates. Remember you only have one shot to get this right so make sure you cover everything in your explanation.

Besides this and the other information, what do I need to submit as proof that we met within thst two year period. I provided everything I had initially. Do I provide it all again?

A religious based dating app. It's called Mutual.

Yes if it's not common to USCIS they will want to see the TOS to make sure it's  not a marriage broker etc.

OK. One last question. How do I provide ongoing correspondence between us since we met? We use Facebook and Messenger to communicate. It's mostly video calls. The platform really does not keep a call log per se. It's all grouped under the messages. Really all it shows is a call made, no duration or names.

You can't  give them what you don't  have. I used Viber it was perfectly suited to print screenshots etc.

@Solaris81 This is exactly what to do as outlined in this above reply. Don't do more than do will do.

You only have one chance to reply accurately without causing undue harm. As you know FROM THE RFE what it is they are looking for, set out to correct and to include "everything" they are asking for BUT not more! Then reread the RFE to ensure you are compliant. Make copies of everything for your records and return the RFE back using their instructions which are contained within the RFE. If the RFE requires a signature, PLEASE don't forget this. Include the original RFE letter along with a cover letter explaining what you are including in your reply. Like a checklist format. Once received at USCIS your case will begin adjudication where the agent had left off. No one can tell you how long it will take so be patient. Don't over complicate this procedure. @Sarge2155 has given you some helpful tips. There you have it. It should be a simple fix.

Some people are telling me I submitted too much evidence of meeting and only to submit photos and passport stamp. Others suggested to send in what I had originally submitted. I am at a loss because it's not clear enough in my opinion. Send too much get denied. Send too little get denied. They want proof we have real intent to get married. There are some suggestions of evidence. Do I need to submit all? Can I submit one option and be good?

The return envelope is obviously too small to fit all that information in. Can i use another priority type envelope? I don't seem anywhere on the form that asks for signature.
