Hi everyone!

Our case was approved today! 😍 yayyyy finally, I was starting to get worried ahaha

NOA1 Dec 6th 2019 \ NOA2 May 12th 2020

It's been rough for us, not gonna lie, but what kept me going was to try and get my mind off thinking about it. It will eventually come!

Thank you for the support and good luck to everyone still waiting. 💫

I called NVC ,the lady that answered said that they have stopped sending approved petitions to all embassies for now until they open since Embassies cannot process the cases anyway. But that they will continue to process cases and assign case numbers to avoid backlog . They also confirmed that K1's visa are not affected by any POTUS ban except the worldwide closure of embassies. As soon as local embassies open and send request to NVC that they are ready to receive cases, they will forward cases to them for further processing. So I guess we all stuck at NVC.

And when are the embassies projected to open again?

This was good news for me. K1s not affected and will be sent once embassies open. That means I should go ahead and start working on the other things I need to do so it will all be done whenever it reaches. I was in no hurry to do anything because I was thinking it’ll be a looonnnngg while. If the person that confirmed this is correct, then I’m very excited about this😁. Thanks @Sparkle Sparkle you always put a smile on my face❤️

That hasn't been announce yet. Use your embassy's website to determine their course of action. What one embassy does, doesn't hold true for another. If you want the straight answer USEM is where you want to be.

Did your case get transferred to VSC? Or is it being processed by CSC

Only "special cases" get transferred every other case is adjudicated at CSC

Initial processing of all K1's is done at TSC then they are sent to CSC for processing . That does not mean they are transferred

Initial intake is done at the Dallas lockbox, which is not the same as the Texas Service Center.

Yes, I'm aware. They profile states Vermont Servce Center, so I asked if it had been transferred. A lot of people put the wrong consulate and service centers in their profiles/timelines.

I assumed it was the closest service center, asked my fiance(petitioner) to clarify after which i fixed my profile and replied to you. Sorry for any confusion!

Yes when we talking about I-129f ,TSC is in reference to the Dallas office . I am aware there are alot of USCIS  field offices in Texas.
