Welcome. Our NOA1 dates are the same.

Yes they are! I’m not sure how accurate that tracker is ! Because mine says it was sent back , but when we check a different site it says they need nothing more and case has been received. When we call the embassy they say they’re aware it says something else but it’s fine. So weird!! Hopefully we get all approved soon! You’re still waiting hey?

Woke up to an approval notice text today

NOA1 - Dec 19

NOA2 - May 7

I had been following the page and reading comments everyday for a while and you all are awesome. Praying for everyone who hasn't received their NOA2 yet to get some good news soon. Petition before and after mine were  both adjudicated days and weeks ago before mine was, so I don't think there's a need to worry if that happens as I saw some comments yesterday in here about that. Sooner or later USCIS will have to adjudicate so it will come! Stay strong in faith my Dec fam

Congratulations🎉🎈🍾🍻

I'm following 30 December filers. The last ones to have a 23 Dec NOA1 date. Two were approved today.

Hang in there. It will come when it comes, honestly. All you can do is wait, but please don’t drive yourself crazy while waiting🙏🏽Have you signed up for text/email alerts in your profile on the uscis page? If not do that. They will send you a text as soon as it’s approved and you don’t have to keep checking the app.

Relax you're not denied, and the fix will be simple. Technically speaking, an RFE is a written request for more information and documentation that USCIS mails out if they believe that they don’t yet have enough evidence to approve or deny a given application. An RFE normally is a minor item and should not be looked at like it's a denial but an opportunity for you to complete your application. USCIS would not send out an RFE if they were going to deny your application. It's just a step that they must take and once they have your information and it meets their approval then you should be seeing your NOA2.

There are many varying degrees of RFE's. Some as simple as not "ticking" off a question. Others forgot the fiancé(e) letter and then others who met on a website and now need to prove that it wasn't a marriage arrangement website.

Once you get your RFE, read over very carefully as you only have one chance to reply accurately without causing undue harm. Once you know FROM THE RFE what it is set out to correct and to include "everything" they are asking for. Then reread the RFE to ensure you are compliant. Make copies of everything for your record and send back using their instructions which are contained within the RFE. If the RFE requires a signature, PLEASE don't forget this. Include the original RFE letter along with a cover letter explaining what you are including in your reply. Like a checklist format. Once received at USCIS your case will begin adjudication where the agent had left off. No one can tell you how long it will take so be patient.

How does one follow cases? Can I find cases that were filed at a similar time as mine and follow them as well?

IMO following other cases only causes undue stress and heartache as each case is different. When you follow other  cases you are in effect comparing your case to theirs! At any rate you can use most tracker apps downloaded at Google store just search USCIS then pick the one you want to install.
