Thank you for that Information, have you heard of many using that help line and actually getting their expedite approved ? And does that help line help very much? I know we submitted an expedite form over the phone, then got an email saying we will get a reply within 45 days, problem is he goes before then :( so I really hope it doesn’t take 45 days to reply back.

Yes I have heard of others getting information that helps them expedite their case but it hinges on one item as is he deploying soon. If yes then you have a good shot at this, if not then don't be too sad with their answer.

Hi Everyone. First post. NOA1: 12-2-2019.  Forgive me if this question was asked on this forum before but I filled out the 129F application myself and did not use a service like Rapid Visa or an attorney.  I felt that I was pretty thorough and efficient.  Does anyone know if using a professional service yields a faster NOA2?

Thank you everyone and hope you all get approved soon.

No it doesn't. It's a waste of money in my opinion. Those companies cannot make the decision time any shorter.

As others have stated, a third party will not speed up the process. Most times we have found many who have received an RFE because of a mistake or a missing document was never filled out completely or the correct information wasn't attached as evidence. Most third party's do not know the nuances of the embassy as they do not have "boots" on the ground for that opportunity to give service to their clients.

Your here no on VJ. We will help you along just as fast and with less mistakes because most of us are wearing the boots that are street worn and we know what USCIS, NVC or your embassy is looking for. It's all right here.

So there was 5 approvals today on my case tracker. All with receive dates of Dec. 4th. Same as mine. My case number ends in 603 and the approvals today were for 602, 605, 606, 608 and 633. Seems like they are just skipping mine 😩. But hopefully it just means mines is coming very soon! I hope tomorrow is the day!

NOA1 date of 12/5/19, and still nothing. Hopefully soon

Woke up to an approval notice text today

NOA1 - Dec 19

NOA2 - May 7

I had been following the page and reading comments everyday for a while and you all are awesome. Praying for everyone who hasn't received their NOA2 yet to get some good news soon. Petition before and after mine were  both adjudicated days and weeks ago before mine was, so I don't think there's a need to worry if that happens as I saw some comments yesterday in here about that. Sooner or later USCIS will have to adjudicate so it will come! Stay strong in faith my Dec fam

Congratulations to you.

Maybe they are starting to finish the rest of December as they are rolling in now. Won't be long  and all here will be approved.

I had a a few questions:

1) The original NOA1 date was 12/5/19, but I never received the hard copy in the mail. I had called USCIS to get a replacement, they had sent the the letter to the wrong address. I did receive the new letter and it’s dated 2/5/2020. Is the NOA1 the original 12/5/2019 or the new date? When I check my case status, it’s still the 12/5 date.

2) Does USCIS send out notices (for those who opted in for text message notification) during normal business hours, or do they still do approvals outside of the normal business hours and days, say on the weeekends? When I’m not somewhere in the world flying cargo, I’m on the east coast and trying to figure out that if I don’t hear from them by, say 6pm, that there’s not going to an approval coming in for the day.
