So there was 5 approvals today on my case tracker. All with receive dates of Dec. 4th. Same as mine. My case number ends in 603 and the approvals today were for 602, 605, 606, 608 and 633. Seems like they are just skipping mine 😩. But hopefully it just means mines is coming very soon! I hope tomorrow is the day!

I saw that and I immediately prayed for 603 because I hate that it was skipped over. That happened to me in March. Mine was the 605 so just hang in there. Don’t worry seriously. It’s coming

So my last numbers are 809. But numbers around are not for I-129f petition but for work authorization. There is one 807 which is for K1. WHAT IF THEY PUT MY PETITION IN THERE WITH WORK AUTHORIZATION  AND I WILL WAIT A YEAR

I think the case numbers are assigned just by the order they are receiving petitions. Doesn’t matter what kind they are. Once they get to California they are probably sorted by type of petition. So I doubt you’ll have to wait a year.

K-1 petitions are expedited and all others are assigned when they are touched.

Remember there is no rhythm or reason how they do it.

USCIS has established a toll-free military help line exclusively for members of the military and their families. USCIS customer service specialists are available to answer calls Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (CST), excluding federal holidays. After-hours callers receive an email address that they can use to contact USCIS for assistance.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Thank you for that Information, have you heard of many using that help line and actually getting their expedite approved ? And does that help line help very much? I know we submitted an expedite form over the phone, then got an email saying we will get a reply within 45 days, problem is he goes before then :( so I really hope it doesn’t take 45 days to reply back.
