Whooooooh I said that exact same thing about myself  when I was waiting my NOA2 and sure enough it was a fact, 299 days later. Let's  hope you did not jinx yourself. Shrug it off it's not  going to be that long for you!!!! There maybe I un jinxed it LOL

137 days here too. I'm watching about 30 petitions including mine. I'm seeing about 2-4 changes each day. Either RFE or approvals.

Hello There 

 

I know It's easy to type it but patience is the key. We know that this Journey is long and we knew it from the beginning. Getting approval is just the first step of this long journey that involve hard decisions, tough commitments and sacrifices. I usually don't post here as I think It becomes hard to celebrate when people are patiently waiting for their turn. As I've seen so many comments on this threat that actually makes me believe that we are all in the same journey and we've got no idea how long this will take and when we will be with our loves one I thought to share few words. Just one thing "hold it tight", follow the advice of people that have been through the process and try to take it easy. There are so many knowable people here that are willing to help and give advice. Please take their advice and follow them. When we started this process ( My fiancé and I) didn't know how difficult, tedious and long this was but we took our chances and applied because we want to be together. 

 

So please enjoy your day, call your fiancé, tell them that you love them and take a step at the time everyday. I spent so many nights trying to figurate out how this work and why I have to wait for so long ( Which I still don't understand and maybe never will). I rang a couple of times and the answers were blunt and confusing. I decided to relax a bit and enjoy the trip because why not? isn't It true that it's all about the journey and not the destination? Maybe I'm wrong but I'm learning everyday.

Hi all, sitting at (as of today) 173 days since our petition was received, 153 days since the NOA1 (12/5/2019), and still no news, hope it’s not going to be much longer. Don’t feel bad if you haven’t received news yet, Hope everyone is doing well. 

 

As of today, the California center is working on cases from 10/6/2019

That says if you submitted your petition or have a NOA1 date from then you can inquire.

I thought it would be interesting to use case tracker to pull some stats. I pulled all I129F petitions that were received on Dec 19. Mine is one of them. 

 

Stats show:

 

101 total petitions with Dec 19 Receive date

43 have been approved

15 were sent RFEs

7 were rejected

1 withdrawn 

 

35 are still waiting for updates, including mine.
