Hello everyone,

I am an early December K-1 filer and I still haven't heard back from USCIS for our NOA 2, which is making me feel a little discouraged. I am wondering if this long wait (148 days now) is normal or it's because the health emergency we are in now. I have also come to the point of wondering if it's possible that for some strange reason the application was lost or set aside accidentally. Everyday I hope it's the day I hear some good news!

Current processing times as posted on the USCIS processing times webpage is the following:

2020-05-02_17-15-47.jpghttps://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

So, if you filed before or on Oct 03, 2019 USCIS is stating that those the cases they are currently processing. "your mileage may vary"

Any word or progress on your case  @Dale.

You are a trooper, but you are right all you can do is hang onto your dreams till they appear.

@Sarge2155 No word or progress.  Processing time is up to 16 - 21 months so we have another 150 days plus.

I was only trying to help anyone feeling disheartened or discouraged.  I know my partner and I go thru times of that.  It's not easy but strength, patience and communication does help

Some good news today?
we are on our 137 days

They are really taking their sweet time in those who filed in December. I hope all you December ppl get some news soon.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Country and Visa Type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyJiLo_7WTmqvkzXXqLuOlVHm9oyhAES/view?usp=sharing

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

137 here as well. Nothing today 😔

I wonder how long this is gonna take. For real. Some people got approved but just SOME. I’m patient it’s fine, I understand I gotta wait but I’m nervous about that, that maybe the officer reviewing our cases is off or something 😂😩

I have this funny gut feeling that I will be one of the last people that wait 200+ days. I’m trying to shake the feeling but I can’t. I’ve always created my luck, but with this process the control is out of my hands🤦🏽‍♀️.. 5 December cases I follow on the case tracker app that’s close to my receipt number got approved yesterday. So they may not be moving fast, but it is moving some. 156 days and counting. GOOD LUCK
