We never know what the IO is looking for when it comes to evidence of course if it is spelled out in the RFE then you need to provide what is asked for.  Here are some further items that help support your case/visa application.

  1. Evidence of ongoing communication with the petitioner, including, for example, emails, letters, phone/video call records, and text/chat/messenger transcripts from throughout your courtship.
  2. Photographs of you and the petitioner throughout your courtship.
  3. Evidence of all times you and/or the petitioner have traveled to see one another, including photos, tickets, boarding passes, hotel reservations, etc.
  4. Evidence of any shared finances, including money transfers, shared accounts, or joint assets.
  5. Evidence that you have made plans for a wedding in the U.S., including evidence such as a reservation with an officiant or court, printed wedding invitations, a list of vendors and their contact information, receipts for wedding outfits, rings, etc.
  6. List of planned wedding guests, their relationships to you, and their addresses and phone numbers.
  7. Notarized statements from both petitioner and beneficiary describing and detailing how you met each other and why you decided to get married.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Country and Visa Type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyJiLo_7WTmqvkzXXqLuOlVHm9oyhAES/view?usp=sharing

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Btw, We did send all evidences like you said, but we still got RFE. Is it okay if we re-submit the documents that we already sent it before ? Or try to add Extra new documents/evidences?

Resend what you sent in the beginning and then add what is from my list that has not been sent to USCIS.

Best of luck to everyone, even the small wins are victories right now.

I'm also still waiting on the case number. I've noticed some people get it quickly, others closer to the 6-week mark... But it is coming!! ❤️

I know there is an entire thread about this. I still want to have it cleared here so all of the December filers are on the same page.

Are K1 visas exempt from the presidents executive order. Given it is a nonimmigrant visa with imigrajt intent, there are a lot yes and no answers. What is the ultimate answer?

No one is 100% sure, but according to the wording of the EO.. K1's are in the clear at least for 30 days... What will come next after the review no one knows.

@Greenbaum

The EO proclamation states the following:

Sec. 4. Termination. This proclamation shall expire 60 days from its effective date and may be continued, as necessary. Whenever appropriate, but no later than 50 days from the effective date of this proclamation, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Labor, recommend whether I should continue or modify this proclamation.

Sec. 5. Effective Date. This proclamation is effective at 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time on April 23, 2020.

Sec. 6. Additional Measures. Within 30 days of the effective date of this proclamation, the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall review nonimmigrant programs and shall recommend to me other measures appropriate to stimulate the United States economy and ensure the prioritization, hiring, and employment of United States workers.

They are not exempt BUT will be reviewed in 30 days. If you haven't had your interview or received your NOA2 then this is something that now does not affect you. So, it's too early to be "freaking out, "worrying," "nervous" or any other word to describe your condition when faced with this EO.

Will this stop the USCIS workers from reading through cases and approving NOA-1's?

No. The processing of applications and the assigning of case numbers as of today continue without interruption.
