@In4theJourney Lots of 90 day approvals lately huh.  I guess my app is a little more complicated.  Waiting patiently...

Yup, some here and the Facebook k1 group ✌️

IMHO, there's really nothing to try and understand, USCIS will approve my case when they are ready.

I just hope and pray my application didn't fall behind the the desk and the wall.  😅🤣

If you are using VJ timelines to make that determination I would add a bit of caution. The sampling you receive is depended on those who participate with a timeline. Many on VJ do not. That's why you'll see me ask someone to finish their profile and start their timeline. As you know the larger the sampling the better the data is to determine what it is that you want to achieve analytically. Just saying.

Which is true, but historically (not sure right now) VJ users have been a large enough percentage of K-1s that I think they're a representative sample, and there's not really any good reason why cases of people who post here would be faster or slower than average, so it's unlikely the actual average is very different from the final VJ projection (though of course individual cases will vary considerably).

Relax relax everyone, the worst  thing you can do is COMPARE  cases or filing months. I know that's hard not to do, I'm speaking from experience it'll RIP you apart. All this coupled with this virus situation can add to your grief. Simply said patience is king, refer to my time line that will prove I know what I'm talking about. Please try to relax, there's  better days ahead you've got to trust in that......

Yes calm down people. I know it’s frustrating seeing all these January approvals but what can we do🤷🏽‍♀️

Few days ago I was so up in my feelings about these January approvals....I mean, I understand how it feels to see steady approvals for January filers and basically no approvals for December filers for a week now....I know thats not been long but if you take into account that an average of 6 people get approved each day and they have all come from January filers or late November filers. At this stage their is nothing we can do other than wait...we cant even complain because there is no one to complain to. According to VJ stats ....USCIS have almost approved the same amount of January filers as they have for December filers.

My guess is that a particular team is working on January filers and they are doing a good job, we will just have to wait our turn. I also noticed lots of April filers are yet to receive NOA1, thats even worse because they are not sure if their application was received ... well like I said to a friend yesterday, if I worked with USCIS, I will be weary of picking up packages now and working with them in the pandemic ....we all need patience and am taking my own advice too. We can only hope they dont move on to February filers without approval all of December.

According to some experts the COVID-19 virus is transmitted by air mainly but can be received from surfaces. The "shelf" life of a COVID-19, depending on the material that it is adhered to, will last only 1-5 days.

But you never received a text or an email prior to the letter, correct?  You just found out by visiting the website where you can check your status?

Replying to this a bit late... Yes, no email or text! I used the iOS Case Tracker app and then verified on the USCIS website for accuracy.

I wish a good week to everyone! I know many of us are still waiting for the approvals, so try not to get discourage. It can happen today, if not, it’ll be tomorrow.
I also know most of us haven’t seen our loved ones in months, personally I haven’t seen my fiancé in 4 months, and I know it’s frustrating.
Let’s keep praying and be grateful for having our families healthy and our loved ones safe, especially with this times.
