you are not alone, my estimated approval time was 04-09-2020, then went to 04-26-2020,now is 05-03-2020..... it is all good as long as the ball keeps rolling.....

Wait... so you sent in your petition on 12/17, but your actual notice date is 01/03 ? Or is January 3rd the date you found the letter with the NOA1 in your mailbox? Confused.

Just wanted to say that I am seeing quite a few November filers getting approved already and we still have 3 days this week! Just so excited that we are getting closer! And once they get to December filers, it will be a matter of days or weeks! SO EXCITED for this group to be flooded with NOA2s come the second half of March!!! Let's goooooooo! Lol

my actual notice date was 12-27-19, received in my mailbox 01-03-2020

I think that means that for the purposes of your timeline, your NOA1 is 12/27!

I’m a bit confused 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I sent my i129f package December 20, 2019 and we received the message with the notification that the petition was received in December 26, 2019. However on the website to check my case status it says that “On December 20, 2019, we received your Form .....” . So what’s the actual date of NOA1 ?!  and how could they receive my petition on December 20, if I sent it exactly that day ?! 🤔

Hmm, I would consider what's on the hard copy. But really... I guess it doesn't make much of a difference, maybe just for the purposes of accuracy on here... 🙂 Mine matches the date online in my case status.

I wouldn't bank on that 😂 I've more time to browse around now, but I'm going away starting next week to see my fiance until the end of March. In fact, I am hoping you guys post on here while I'm gone with approvals! Lol

Your NOA1 date is the date on your paper notification ...just disregard any other date

It really does not matter when it gets there ,what matters is when they do the preliminary examination of your documents digitize it and assign you the NOA1 date

Ok . Because NOA1 date is December 20 ... so I was confused because I sent the package that date .
