We need a little housekeeping from you if you will. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Hey brother, no they won’t tell you. I just expedited mine and it was approved. I called the MIL number and requested an expedite. They emailed me a few days later with what I thought was a denial but then it requested more info ( orders or letter from someone verifying my deployment). I sent that in on DEC 4. I called to check the status and they couldn’t help me or tell me anything. DEC 6 my case status changed to approved and I got my NOA2. I just spoke with the NVC and you can do the exact same thing once it reaches there. NVCexpedite@state.gov include your name and DOB with your case number.

so no they won’t tell you yes or no they just do it or don’t do it.

Brandon,

How did you request it over the phone I have tried multiple times, but I have been unsuccessful. Which of the 3 options did you choose when speaking to the agent over the phone?

  • Severe financial loss to a company or person, provided that the need for urgent action is not the result of the petitioner’s or applicant’s failure to:
    1. File the benefit request or the expedite request in a reasonable time frame, or
    2. Respond to any requests for additional evidence in a reasonably timely manner;
  • Urgent humanitarian reasons;
  • Compelling U.S. government interests (such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense or DHS, or other public safety or national security interests); or
  • Clear USCIS error.

I have chosen compelling U.S. government interest in the past, yet it has not worked they send me an email and the closest to a good response has been that they needed a deployment date. I already have one, but I cant seem to get over this hump.

Congratulations and welcome!  I hope you get your miracle.

I am just hoping for no RFE's and NOA2 in 90 days.  I seen someone who got it in 89 days, so it is possible.

Congratulations to you both hopefully you get approved in 90 days, that is not a too far off wish. It's a bit of a norm now, so hopefully it holds through 2020!
