I agree in keeping expectations low since this is such a brutal and at times heart wrenching process... BUT... why would the state department put out this statement if something hadn’t changed? Seems like at least incremental progress!

Keep your expectations in check. Move forward. Be flexible and you will get there. There are some who can schedule, some who have been interviewed recently and some in the past few days have been interviewed and issued their visa's. All is not doom and gloom.  Good luck and stay engaged.

Thank you! Today the Georgian travel docs site included K1 processing for the first time so fingers crossed things can continue to move along

Hi all,

Is anyone still waiting for their noa2 at this point? My NOA1 date is Dec 16 and I haven't heard anything, I've done an online enquiry only for them to do a standard reply (nothing to do with my actual case). But I just wondered if there's a phone number or some other way to get a response.

Day 267. I'd like this stage over so I'm ready when they start scheduling interviews again! ;(

December for whatever the reason (no one can articulate a reasonable answer) has been overly slow in adjudicating those cases. There isn't much more you can do but wait till "it's your turn". Sorry, but that's the best answer I believe anyone can give.

Who has had their case approved NOA2 and how long did it take to get to NVC ? Before they could call for their Case number ?

It took seven weeks after NOA2 to get our case number from NVC.

It takes 30-40 days from NOA2/USCIS to the NVC and then another 5-10 business days before a case number is available. "your mileage may vary"

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Country and Visa Type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyJiLo_7WTmqvkzXXqLuOlVHm9oyhAES/view?usp=sharing

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
