Fire them and move on. They don't add anything that you can't do especially since you are here on VJ where there are many experts that can help you. Also, there are so many tools to use. So question for everyone that has been approved in the previous months from March til June. Is everyone still just waiting for embassies to open up? Has anyone actually been able to have an interview anywhere yet? Anyone actually got their visa already like people approved in March? Or is everyone still waiting for their stuff to leave nvc?

I’m new to this here, posting for the first time and trying to figure out my way on the site, but I just wanted to see what is best recommended in my situation. I know and understand the whole CSC processing time and delay that has taken place for December 2019 filers. I received my Noa1 Dec 30th and not a sound since then; its been 196 days since my case was received. Now that it has been a little over 6 months is there any action I should take or just continue waiting patiently for my Noa2? Thanks!

Continue to wait patiently  It looks like you are still within "normal" processing times.

Perhaps in another few weeks if you haven't heard anything then you can submit an "outside normal processing time" service request.

Just have a little more patience. I am seeing other couples with Noa1 beginning of December getting their approvals. Yours it’s on it’s way! Have faith 🙏🏼

Well, this is what we are seeing. December filers have been hit the hardest with delays then the other months. The good news is that about 3 weeks ago we started to see the facet open up to allow more NOA2's from December. So, there is movement. There is really nothing you can do at this time but wait as the pandemic has impacted everyone's visa process. If by the end of July, you haven't heard anything then I recommend you follow what @kswheezy outlined for you in their post. Good luck and stay engaged.
