Anyone else still waiting on their NOA 2? My NOA1 was recieved on Dec 27 but still nothing. Getting kinda nervous. I sent them an email a few days ago. I wonder how long it will take for a reply.

We are still waiting for our NOA2. NOA1 was Dec. 26. Im feeling the same way. My fiancée is also from Russia, and I wonder if there’s a specific reason we’re waiting so long.

To those who are still waiting. NO ONE with any certainty can tell you when something is going to be completed that includes those from December. For some reason December filers fell into a void and are taking the longest to adjudicate. No reason has been given. We are seeing and you are to if you are a student of this thread that others are getting approved but slowly. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do. Writing and calling is not going to move the needle any faster. Patience.

Yes. NOA 12/2 and still waiting. I still see some November people waiting as well. It just seems so random who gets approved quickly.

Hi

Need a little help here.

The affadavit support for the NVC.... they want my (the alien) income details. Do they need proof of this? What classes as income? I was a student until very recently (june 2020). Im confused as I thought this was the petitioners info that was wanted

Sorry, rapidvisa have confused the life out of me. So nothing other than gathering all info ready for the embassy interview? Then I produce everything there?

After further research my (the alien) details for the affadavit are not required as the I form only requires the sponsors financial information im not sure why this ask for this extra info it makes things very complicated. We are way over the poverty guidelines so I don't know why they need to confuse matters. From what i read they made me panic as to the NVC needing the affidavit I've finally come down off the ceiling now and stopped panicking 🤣

Petitioner completes this information.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g. letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134
