We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. Yes, if you get an RFE, the status changes to Request for Additional Evidence Sent

Your status will change referencing that an RFE is pending. Once you reply you will also get an update to that page that it has been received. Keep in mind that an RFE is a good thing from the standpoint that the IO working on your application has deemed your application as a possible approved application, but they need the information from your RFE to confirm everything before signing off with a final approval. Good luck and stay engaged.
