No, I don't know the future, who said knows the future was NVC

E.  VISA AVAILABILITY IN THE COMING MONTHS

FAMILY-sponsored categories (potential monthly movement)

Worldwide dates:

F1:  Up to two months
F2A: CURRENT, corrective action should be expected by February
F2B: Up to six weeks
F3:  Up to one month
F4:  Up to six weeks

Yet, you know that all the categories will be current in a few months.  Go ahead and promise your brothers that they will be here soon rather than in 13-15 years.

Oh, brother.

You have no concept that the longer it takes USCIS to approve the I-130, the better it is for derivative beneficiaries who will age out.  You want a fast I-130 approval because you imagined that the F4 category will move faster than what the NVC has stated.

I'm done.  There is no use educating someone how already knows it all.

F2B you know they were for 7 years in the backlog 9 months ago, tell YOU how they are right now?.... because I know where F2B are right now, that way your theory goes down...about a case F2B completed within 4 years, you won't understand Spanish, a guy who is a specialist in USA immigration had that case and he explained on a Youtube video, that happened to him...that's his job.

Bwaaa!!!!!  Please provide a link to this Youtube video where the guy got his F2b case done in 4 years.  Yeah, the VB shows a PD of August 2014, but you know a guy with a PD in 2015 who got his visa in the F2b category in 4 years.  Wow.  The US Government ignored it's own laws about having a current PD in order to qualify for a visa.  WOW.

Even USCIS approved your I130 tomorrow, it will sat in the dark for the next 10-15 years until PD is current. The longer USCIS approved the case, the better it is for derivative beneficiaries .

I think the confusion is you are misreading E. E is the movement expected from the current wait so for F4 which is currently processing (Sept 2019 visa bulletin) 8 March 07 It is expected to move 6 weeks when the next bulletin comes out, so they will be processing petitions with the priority date of mid April 07. It DOES NOT mean the priority date will be 6 weeks after the petition is received.

The Department of State has determined the Family and Employment preference numerical limits for FY-2019 in accordance with the terms of Section 201 of the INA.  These numerical limitations for FY-2019 are as follows:

Worldwide Family-Sponsored preference limit:  226,000

That means that there is only 226,000 family visas to be given in the categories that are not the immediate relative of a US citizen. Now please explain how the all people waiting will get visas in a few months.

NVC will continue to process the petitions prior to them being sent to the embassy except for very limited exceptions such as an expedite. The embassy's do not have the resources to devote to verifying financial information, contacting the petitioner, etc.
