Ok, I wanted to ask where to check how many Applicants there are each year for F4 or any category... what I see strange is: this information I'm saying here was given by a lawyer belongs to AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).

You would need to know the number of applicants and derivatives and that would be impossible to know.

I think the issue is you not understanding what you are reading.

I understand what I am reading, it is that a lawyer belongs to American Immigration Lawyers Association said exactly what I'm saying here.

I think you need a new lawyer.

Your PD will always display nov 2019.. it doesn’t matter how long it takes at USCIS, once the petition is approved it will sit at NVC in line waiting for a visa to become available..

NVC will not process it until the your PD becomes current for your category F4 they’re currently processing approved I130 petitions submitted in 2007.. expect to wait maybe 15 years or more...

Dear Duke & Marie I really see all these stuff strange, as I don't know if you know, NVC will be removed from the process in the next few months, in fact, is happening right now, ( I know cases) now it will be USCIS and the Embassy in the country where the applicant is. So there will be many changes...

Well, let's wait next months, if what you say what we have to do is submit again a petition this time by Residence Father submitting for single sons older than 21, that way will be faster than sibling...

Most likely to be quicker.

What exactly did they say? If it's with regards to point E on the Oct. 2019 visa bulletin, I already explained what that means.

the following is the important sentence to read from that posts

from the big increase in visa applications (several sites to look at online)  the number of known applicants for your type of visa will never be less than the number of visas available /  not with all the K1, and Cr1's becoming citizens and applying for siblings

When USCIS determines that there are more immigrant visas available for the fiscal year than there are known applicants for such visas, USCIS will state on its website that applicants may instead use the “Dates for Filing Visa Applications” charts in this Bulletin.

Thank you so much dear geowrian, of course I have to thank you, you're the first one replied my concern, about what the lawyer said is: all petitions will became current in the next months and will have visas available for all categories, I know for example for siblings there are 65,000 a year, but he said he knows information that can't say, just to wait for USCIS, about NVC won't work anymore for petitions, only will be USCIS and the Embassy, I know a case happened that way in Dominican Republic, they are testing the system...about available visas for all categories really I don't know how that will happen if 65,000 visas are available a year for siblings, but that's what that lawyer says, and that lawyer has more than 30 years working as immigration lawyer and belongs to AILA...

This thread is completely comical.

After decades of waiting 10+ years in the F4 category, all of a sudden it's going to completely change and everybody can immigrate now.  Suddenly the wait of 10 years with 65,000 visas annually will suddenly increase to 650,000.  No new laws needed.

Yeah, Trump is all over that.  Stephen Miller is on board too.  Those two are always saying that more immigrants will Make America Great Again.  Bwaaaaa!!!!!

You have no idea how to read the Visa Bulletin.  You have no idea about visa allocations.  But, you know a guy with the secret on immigration availability that is so secret that no other lawyer is discussing it.  Bwaaaaaaa!!!!!!

There are about 5,000,000 waiting for their Priority Date to be current.

So just think how busy the Consulates will be.

And the knock on effect.

Thanks for the explanation. That said, the law does not provides for what he has stated. There is a finate number of visas available for family preference cases. This is written in the INA and can only be changed by an act of Congress. No such bill has been presented or even brought up.

The only possible way F4 would become current faster is if they allocated more visas designated for spouses and children (F1 through F3) to F4 instead....and I just cannot foresee any reality where making spouses and children wait several years longer due to wanting more siblings. Or for the ~5million people waiting in line already (across all categories) not wanting the visa anymore.

And as noted, think of the sudden workload on the consulates. Wow.

He "knows information that can't say"? Sounds very shady.

Ok Chief aaron2020 of USCIS let's wait what you will decide in the coming months!...I don't know how you did Residence Fathers submitting petitions for single sons older than 21 years, 9 months ago those petitions lasted 7 years, exactly now is 5 years and predictions say they will become in 3 years, in fact, there are F2B cases right now completing within 4 years, how you did that in less than 1 year Cheif of USCIS?... and I know how to read both Visa Bulletin USCIS and NVC, what you say is actually, but you and me don't know the future!...
