scanning method and upload doc NVC?

Do any one know the good scanning app to scan documents to upload in NVC?

If file is larger than 2MB what is the good method to compress it? 

 

For AOS- Can I typewrite all docs except signature page? will then later merge the signature page with remaining pages.

Since I am temporarily living with my spouse abroad I will need to prove my Domicile in US. I already have my bank account in US and active Driver license. Is that enough?

In addition to that I need to explain that in separate letter. So all documents including letter has to be in single pdf file?
