Dear All,

 

My wife's 10 years is over and I have hot a reply from the consulate this May, do you think I need any other waiver or just regular adjustment process for the IR-1 Visa?

Our records show that Ms.XXX's immigrant visa application had been refused under Section of INA 212(a)(9)(A) & 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(II).   Both Sections of INA 212(a)(9)(A) & 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(II) are making her ineligible for a visa for a period of ten years from August 18, 2009.

 

Please contact us when xxx's ten year bar is finished in August 2019.
