Thanks, one question more. I am including my uncle as joint sponsor, He has very good income..But, problem is he is on vacation since September. He has last year transcript except job letter and pay stubs. He can get pay stubs along with job letter but pay stubs would be past September. How can he mention that he don't have pay stubs after September  and he is on vacation?

Immigration wants to see proof he did not file'/  not his say so

You should answer based on facts not your personal opinion.  They don't want proof of non filing they want the reason. 

 

The i864 instructions are clear.  It says to include a typed EXPLANATION as to WHY you were not required to file.  Including something from the IRS doesn't answer the WHY!!!
