I-130 petition (paper filled vs online)

Hi, my husband filled an online 1-130 petition, we already got a case number after (starting with an IOE) he paid the filling fee, my question is, is there a difference between paper filled and online petition? And which has a better chance of getting approved in a short time?

The thing is there is limited experience with the online filing system since it is so new. It only opened up End of Oct. From calling USCIS, they do say that it only saves you time initially on sending the application and then scanning into their system.

All petitions are scanned into system.  You let them do it with a stack of paper, or you do it yourself.  I actually recommend mailing and letting them scan everything you mail, so you can control what gets scanned.  You may want to send things they don't ask for or need addendums etc.  You can also double check and proofread your full package before mailing.  Just an opinion.

Thank you! We just received the NOA1 last December 2 on the mail. I guess we just need to be a little patient and wait for NOA2
