K-2 AOS Submission

1. Do I need to submit a copy of our Marriage Certificate with the submission package for the K-2?

2. Do I need to submit a copy of the divorce documents for me and my K-1 wife with the K-2 package?

3. Does the K-2 submission require a full set of my most current years Income Tax statements etc. with the I- 864 I submit with it or will they use the ones attached to K-1 submission as evidence?

1. I'm dont know if it's required. I included copy of Marriage Certificate with daughter's K-2 AOS application.

2. not sure.

3. you can include a copy of the I-864 for your wife for a K-2. you do not need to include copies of the supporting documentation.
