There is no such thing as a certified copy of a tax return

I was given a 221g at my interview for official transcripts from the IRS for every sponsor.  We had submitted photocopies of the tax returns and W-2s but they were not accepted.

The reason you give tax transcripts is because they are directly from IRS. My wife just had her interview the CO briefly looked at the printed tax transcript and that was it.

And everything was submitted online through the CEAC site

Hi. What did you submit when they gave you 221g. What kind of forms did you submit. Would appreciate your feedback

The poster clearly stated the 221g asked for offical IRS transcripts?
