Good morning!  Looking for some information and advice:

My fiance is in Manila, Philippines.  I am in the USA.  I filed our I-129F at the end of July 2019, got our NOA1 quickly about 10 days later.  NOA2 received approximately mid October 2019.  Notice from NVC that our approved I-129F from USCIS was sent to the Embassy in Manila, Philippines received Thanksgiving week November 2019.   I have compiled all required documents to include: a full copy of the originally submitted I-129F, updated letter of intent to marry, I-134F affidavit of support including bank, wage, and employment verification letters, and proof of ongoing relationship (text, chat logs, photographs from meetings, etc...).   I plan to send these out to her express mail this weekend.  I know that she needs to fill out DS-160, print out the confirmation and obtain a few things such as her birth certificate and stuff.  I am just confused about the next step.

There is a 6 step process outlined on the NVC web page where you 1. select an agent, 2. Pay Fees, 3. Submit VISA application form, 4. Collect financial documents, 5. Collect supporting documents, 6. Submit documents to NVC.  I tried to start at step 1, where it seems to take you to an online portal called Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) Processing.   I entered my case number and then it asks for my invoice number which does not appear in my email notification from the NVC.  The only other unique identifier from my NVC confirmation email is the USCIS receipt number.   I'm confused here.  Is this CEAC processing not for K1 visa applicants?  I thought I needed to make a CEAC account to pay some fees......

Do I just wait for the embassy to send a letter to my fiance with a checklist of what she needs, and detailing how she schedules her medical and interview?  Are there any additional fees I need to pay?

Can anyone give me some tips?  It's been going great so far, quicker than we expected and not a single RFE.  We're just anxious to be together and hopefully she can be here by January, we just don't want any delays.  Any help appreciated!!!!!!!! Thanks!

There is absolutely no  original document she needs from you.  You can scan, email  and print locally.

Do not wait for anything from the embassy,  if you do you will be waiting for a very long time

Ignore the NVC steps.   Go to the Manila website and follow the 5 steps listed there.

You do not schedule a medical,  SLEC is walk-in only

Heya! Did you enter the case number under the immigrant section on the ceac.state.gov website? There shouldn’t be an invoice number.
For a fiancé visa you do not have to pay anything or get an agent on the NVC website. Your fiancé will have to pay for the DS-160 in her country.
I also agree...you should check the Philippines forum, you’d get tons of help there!

Update your profile as to country and visa type, this will make things easier.  Also   :time:

You are K-1 YOU send NOTHING to NVC!!

The process for USEM is all online, you do not need to wait for a letter from the embassy.

Here is a link to the guide for the process in the Philippines:  https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html     From within that guide are links for paying the visa fee, scheduling the interview, required documents, the medical and CFO.

Follow the guide and your fiancee should be done with the interview very quickly, if you don't have delays maybe before Christmas.

You can email all documents to your fiancee.   Only need to email a copy of the I-129F as the BIO page info will be helpful for her during the interview.   You can email a copy of the I-134, most recent tax return and W-2, if you are a new employee the include employer letter and pay statements .. if not a new employee not needed.    Do not need bank statements!

You should post your questions in the Philippines forum:   https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/
