So here is my receipt notice. My eligibility date was December 5.

Notice Date was December 5. Receipt Date was December 4. Case status said, they received my application on December 5.

USCIS tier 1 says it will be denied. I dont know but im so confused. 😂😂. I had biometrics done and my current status says "We are actively reviewing your case".

no i don't have pending i751. i filed for the 90 days early, i also used the uscis calculator to make sure i didn't file too early as well

It's just strange that you did not get a schedule for your naturalization interview 🤷‍♀️

Trust me, if you did file early, USCIS would have been sure to let you know

She said it will be denied for filing early.

A Tier 1 agent, although policies are in place, cannot determine what the case officer would do. The case officer may/may not allow the application.

Guess I'm just waiting for my letter of denial and just apply again. What do you think of applying another one as early as now?

We are in the same boat here - filed after midnight and have the same issue - take a print out showing the time the email was received when you go for the interview - ( the time when the payment was processed is not your problem - you followed the law) - that’s what we plan to do....I think when you file online as long as it’s after midnight In your time zone you have a strong case....having said that it would have been better to wait till end of day just to remove any doubt - kicking myself for that as well....

My estimated time is still February, 2021 and it has not changed. Where do you live on the eastside or in seattle? South seattle? I think location has a difference?

Live in Queen Anne. Been in the US for 21 years (employment based Green Card took 11 years), so the final wait is really making me impatient and anxious :)

Was yours an online submission? Did you have to pay again?

The online site checks for it and wont allow you to submit until you are within the eligibility period. I had a giant red box before my eligibility date and the day off it was gone. If it was the same in your case, then you should tell them that and see if you can get your original priority date.

Make sure you tell your attorney that they need to pay attention to what they are doing.  They submitted early, and I am sure they asked you for some money to do that simple submission!

No worries I already did and they are aware of their stupid mistakes and they are not charging me anything no more.

Just had my biometrics appointment this morning. Excited to see when I'll be scheduled for my interview :D Estimated processing time is as of right now May 2020 so we'll see!

After the biometrics, where can you find the estimated time? I saw many of you mentioned about the estimated time after biometric but I don’t know where to look for that info.
