no i don't have pending i751. i filed for the 90 days early, i also used the uscis calculator to make sure i didn't file too early as well

I filed a day early according to the USCIS when I called last week. I already had biometrics taken. I don't know what im waiting for, maybe a denial letter or what. I had to call because I was worried I filed early. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Did you use the uscis calculator to determine the 90 days?

You can still eventually get a denial letter for filing a day early.  USCIS is very specific about it.  The part about your case is being actively reviewed seems to come up automatically after biometrics.

I did. It says December 5. I was at work on the 4th, night shift. I saw it was 4am (December 5), So I decided to submit it. Received the receipt notice on email, dates December 4, 8:40pm. Like what on earth🤦🏽‍♀️😞

I noticed the time stamp on our receipt notice by email was off by 5 hours (meaning 5 hours earlier than actual submittal).   Someone previously was initially denied because of the same type situation from what I understand and took a lot of time and effort to fight it.  That's why we waited until late evening time to submit on the day we became eligible.  Many here on VJ have advised to wait a day or 2 after being eligible to submit the N400.

Guess I'm just waiting for my letter of denial and just apply again. What do you think of applying another one as early as now?

I would wait.  At least call USCIS and try to speak to a Tier 2 to see what they say.

I already called USCIS last week. Tier1 though. She said it will be denied for filing early.

Can you ask and see what are your options are in this case? See if they can return or if you can withdraw it and send it again.

I know exactly how you feel

Check the email you received as soon as you submitted the credit card payment.  There is a timestamp for the transaction date.  I am assuming you filed online.

So here is my receipt notice. My eligibility date was December 5.

Notice Date was December 5. Receipt Date was December 4. Case status said, they received my application on December 5.

USCIS tier 1 says it will be denied. I dont know but im so confused. 😂😂. I had biometrics done and my current status says "We are actively reviewing your case".
