Update: my attorney did sent it via USPS it supposed to be delivered today, she advise that they will return it right away which can delay my filing for couple of weeks. 

So i Suggest you remove me from time sheet as I will not be filing this month.

Also they are sending it to Chicago, IL I assume that will be my Filing office I guess.  

I hope you are up their ### about this. Also you don’t have to wait for it to come back before sending out a new one. Just make sure the other one comes back. Maybe also file online next time instead of paper. 
best case would be to get the check voided right away so they can’t accept it and then file online tomorrow.
Chicago is just a place (Lockbox) to sent it because it’s paper filing. Your local office will be your local office.

Oh yes I am believe me, I am so frustrated,  I understand I made a mistake with calculation of 90 days but I was expecting them to double check everything again. 

I said in my previous post that there was a reason WHY I had to hire an attorney.

The check can still be voided call the bank if necessary that will make them reject your case. And get them to send out a new one today they should have copies of everything. I don’t care if you use a lawyer or not but sitting back and waiting weeks for it to maybe be sent back is not necessary.

I would track the package to see if it truly gets there today.  Deliveries over the holidays are notoriously late.  The reality is, if it gets there tomorrow the filing is completely legit. Let's hope the USPS delivery truck gets a flat tire.

I just did a biometric walk-in today!! Case updated to "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS".
