I know but even I am here active and inetarc offten doesnt mean I know everything. You can see also some people made a mistake in calculation also chating on others topic too.

Check the tracking number. If it is not delivered yet you can call FedEx and they can return it to you. Good luck.

Giovanna - suggest you speak talk to someone at Fedex tomorrow am and just figure out the options (can they delay delivery by a day or two?) - then first thing in the morning talk to the admin at the law firm and sort it out - worst case have them return the package - you can put another package together on Monday and send it out without waiting for the return.
 

Your lawyers should have been more careful with this. Having worked with a lot of lawyers there is no guarantee that they have not made a mistake. Better to do the legwork than get rejected and loose the money. I believe they technically they have to check for eligibility before schedule you for biometrics but this may not always happen.

Just curious as to what date you used with your signature on form N-400.  Do not know if that has any effect or not.

The date the application is  signed has absolutely no importance, it's the date it was received that is important.  For example, if I finish my taxes and sign them on April 10, but don't mail them until April 16 I will be fined by the IRS because the envelope is not stamped by the post office before midnight of the 15th of April.  With USCIS it has to do with actual delivery of the application and when the application was signed has absolutely no importance.

I will know everything tomorrow as I dont know how was it sent or dont have no idea how they sent it. Only thing she mentioned is that my app was sent Friday afternoon and I will receive receipt in 2 weeks. Thats all.

I do not think it is appropriate to judge as to why someone might use an attorney to file his or her application.  Although I have found the process time consuming and at times frustrating I have filed every step of the way on my own.  Some filers do have, maybe legal difficulties or legal questions, an uneasiness about doing it on their own.  Some filers feel secure having an third party assist in filing.  We should just try to help each other and not judge too much. :-)

@Sartre I don't believe that I was judgmental in suggesting that the poster save money on attorney fees. In fact, my post above that was asking the poster directly on why they chose an attorney to file their Naturalization papers. I understand that persons may use an attorney for i-130 or for i-751 but I've rarely seen people use an attorney for Naturalization filing unless there was some form of criminal history, etc.

 

IF I had said that the poster was stupid for getting an attorney, then I'd say that you had cause to quote my comment and call me judgmental.

Right! These immigration attorneys see people as walking ATMs when they seek help.....I've heard of fees going up to $500 but that is still crazy because it's a separate and unnecessary fee that can be avoided given the circumstance.....to each his own, I guess
