I am seeing the same when I plug in your dates.  I think if you sent it in a few days ago your application will not reach USCIS, at the earliest, until the 30 th of December. Your attorney should receive a confirmation from FedEx the date it was delivered.  I would check Monday or even get the tracking number from the attorney to track your application.  Best...

I sent aplication yesterdat Dec 27th

They should receive it Monday or Tuesday.

Giovanna, what is the date on your alien or green card ?  Is it the 29th or 30th or March, 201?.  Again, I suspect if the attorney sent it off on Friday afternoon I doubt it very much it will get there before the 31st of March.  I would strongly advice you to get the tracking number and track your package to see when it actually got delivered.

Yes anniversary date and then because February have 29 days next year not 28 it will be the 31st. 
 

try not to panic and just wait and see if it doesn’t get there on the 31st as that would be fine.

Okay, then it is 12/31/2019 the date for your application.  Again, i wouldn't lose any sleep over it.  Call Monday your attorney and find out the carrier he used and the tracking number.  If your application got picked up Friday afternoon, most likely it will not get to the USCIS drop-off until Dec. 31 or later.   i think you are going to be fine.  I can't imagine that the attorney spent the highest fee for 1 business day delivery.  Most are 2 or 3 business day delivery.

I already emailed my attorney regarding this issues. They better be doing right thing since I am paying attorney fee 750 😡 plus aplication fee 725

Hope so! My anxiety is high again now I hope to get a good respond by monday from my attorney. I will let you know.

Let's hope...Again, I don't think it's going to get there until the 31st or later.  Giovanna, and others, I hope in the future others try to apply on there own without using an attorney.  The online filing is fairly user friendly.

I needed to get attorney I had many questions and concerns regarding my situation.
