Another December one here for my husband.

 

Filed Online: December 27, 2019

Receipt Date: December 27, 2019

Biometrics Appointment Scheduled: December 28, 2019

 

Waiting for the document to upload to find out the date, but it looks like they're working on Saturdays.

 

Also - 1-751 was approved and green card received back in September.

Actually there is 29 days in February this year so if your GC anniversary is March 30 2020 then your window should open December 31st.

I Guess by thet time USCIS will receive my application since it was filed by paper threw priority Mail or FedEx

I hope so because I would feel bad for you if you went through all of this and interview to just get a you filed to early. We have seen that on here.

If they receive it too early and don’t see it before they process it you will get denied at interview. 
If received before the date it should I would withdraw and send a new one but that should all be on your attorney it’s sad you hire one and they don’t do it right. But hopefully they won’t receive it before your date.

Well lets wait and see what my attorney did, I hope they know about it more then me and I am know they have more experience and its not their first filing for N400. We will see, I am hoping for the best!

Hope so, even now when I use USCIS calculator its showes Dec 30 2019, so I hope everything will be ok. 🤞
