Hi everyone I just filed online today based on early filing in 3 year marriage with a US citizen spouse , I am from California, my window opened since 10/6/2019, I got my ROC approval last Dec 16, 2019,  I am still waiting for my 10 year GC,  they mailed it last Dec. 18, I just got a question , I married my husband last 01/05/2017, so i only have 2 taxes, is that sufficient? and theres a yellow warning in my online application saying I may not be eligible because I have not yet reached my 3 year marriage mark which is 01/05/2020, so before I filed today I called USCIS yesterday, to verify that I am eligible to file early from my 3 years marriage date and they all said yes, I am just a little anxious, cause its another application and waiting time , God bless to us all

When did you receive your GC the first one?

Hi Georgia16, I received my GC last Feb 2018, but the residence since on the GC is since 01/04/2017

That make no sense at all. You don’t get a GC the day you married someone. And definitely not a day before the marriage.

I dont know, Im just following the dates on my GC, I even received a letter from USCIS that I need to file my ROC 90 days before my 2 year mark residence last time which is 01/04/2019 which is the expiry date on my conditional GC, so now that they have approved my ROC , I wanted to apply my N400 early filing  90 days before the 3 years marriage and 3 year LPR date of my card , when is your resident since date in your conditional greencard Georgia16?

I’m telling you that is wrong it’s an error on their part (And your for not checking the data) and they did not catch it doing ROC (which you shouldn’t even have been eligible to apply). 
they will catch this at N-400 and even if they didn’t you would get citizenship when you weren’t supposed too and they can revoke it later.

visa you entered on? And date
marriage

AOS approved 

and so on?

Can cost her wait for not checking it and reporting it. USCIS goes after what is on the card but it makes no sense with the dates.

I agree 

when I received my green card,my ‘resident since’ date was wrong

a lot of other members had noticed it too 

and we were asked to send back the GC and we received our new ones shortly after.

Yes....mine was approved back in June 2019. I was not in a hurry to file N400 but the potential hike in fees motivated me to make that move

You cannot provide what you don't have. In 2018 you would have filed a 2017 tax return if you and your spouse were filing as "Married filing jointly" and same goes for 2019 filing a 2018 tax return.

Hi I received my biometric appointment letter today for 1/3/2020, forgot to mention my I751 was approved on 12/05, a week before I file N400. 
I live in New Jersey, where can I find which local office is processing my application? It states “Service Center: NBC” not sure where.
