Technically, Trump would still be the president if you have your interview before January 20, 2021.

Thanks!

another question. Do i have to print all the papers of my tax documents? There’s just so many pages and my 2018 has like 116 pages. 😳

So my interview is scheduled today. I’m ready dressed nice and so nervous and excited. Waited for 45mins before the officer came to me only to tell me that they wouldn’t interview me today and it’s a mistake on their system! I’m annoyed i got all ready for today only for me to cry. I just want this journey to be over!

I had my Citizenship interview today 11/12/2020 and I was approved!! 😁😁 Unfortunately the oath ceremony had to be scheduled for another day due to their computer system being down. I'm just relieved to have it over and done with. Oath ceremony is scheduled for November 19 ❤

I was suppose to have my interview today at 2:30pm MST then I received a call from uscis saying it will be cancelled due to down system. lol  does anybody know how long does it usually take for the interview to get scheduled again?

That will depend on your FO. Generally they will try slot a cancelled appointment into the first available slot that comes up.

Today I became an American Citizen ❤ The journey hasn't been easy and it has been filled with plenty of USCIS mistakes and delays, im thankful to now be done with all of it. No more deadlines to meet. Good luck to everybody here!

Filed in November , done with Biometrics in December , No movement yet,

Anybody been waiting for an year Interview ?

Yes. I have field in December 2019 and waiting for my interview as well. There are few other nov 2019 filers in another website (i--m--m--i--h--e--l--p) who are waiting for interviews as well. What is your filing date and biometrics date? I saw couple of filers from that website (15-Nov 19- Nov 19) got their letters this week directly via USPS mail (no update yet in USCIS site). So, let us keep an eye on our mailboxes. My guess is we will get it in next couple of weeks.

Hi , It Looks like couple of us are stuck then ..with the Holidays and all maybe in a few weeks .

Filed on dec 6th ... Biometrics Dec 30 ..

I filed December 21st 2019 so I’m almost at the year. I did my Biometrics in Jan, i was told a few weeks ago by USCIS I was pending a scheduled interview, but haven’t received anything...

Many cases around my filing date and after have already become citizens, so I’m concerned my case is just sitting in a pile of papers on somebody’s desk with no end in sight!
