That would be very nice, unfortunately I don't think so. They are looking to exclude those who might have even a small infraction such as not having paid their taxes due and still haven't worked out a plan with the IRS.  Also, I assume, USCIS can delay the oath taking until the infraction is totally corrected. Behaviors involving  moral turpitude can have multiple interpretations depending on the person doing the evaluation. 

 

During the waiting period leading up to  the acquisition of American citizenship it is best  not to engage in any behaviors that might be seen in a bad light by USCIS. Not trying to moralize just passing on new information and rules adopted by USCIS.

I'd like to join the group. I mailed off the N-400 under 319(b) today. We have military orders which allow me to apply for Naturalization a little earlier. I mailed it off today hoping I could avoid the ROC process.

Here is my ROC Time line: 

November 16th, 2018: Filled at Vermont Service Center

December 20th, 2018: Attended for Finger prints in Buffalo (NY)

 

Before the N400 Filing fee increase,  My wife and myself have decided to file the N400 Application as soon as possible:

 

December 15th, 2019: Filled N400 application online

My local field office is Charlotte (NC). 

Can some one add to December N400-2019 fillers Thread
