I am bringing my Filipino family to the states, my wife's last 5 kids  and her.  I believe the i130 fee covers all of them as they are all listed on the same petition.  The NVC consists of two fees  1) the affidavit of support ($120)  and 2) the Visa Application ($325).

Do I have to pay the NVC fee for each of my 6 family members or just once as the affidavit of support should cover everyone and is the visa application like the i130 where they are all covered by the one fee?

Best Regards,

The Affidavit of Support Fee covers all six of them but each has to pay an individual Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee.

Thanks Andy & Val,

This is such an expensive process.  That is the response I anticipated but hoped was wrong.

Many Thanks

Are you a resident or USC?

In addition to NVC fees,  you will also pay $220 each for green card production

YMMV

Best Regards,

1 Affidavit of Support fee for all = $120

6 DS-260 fees = $325 x 6 = $1950

6 Immigrant fees = $220 x 6 = $1320

Total = $3390

Plus cost of 6 medical exams.  Approximately $200/person.

I am a US Citizen living in the Philippines for 15 years, widower remarried bringing my second family to the states.  I am a i-card holder, or legal resident. much more expensive than 1981.

As a USC, one petition doesn't cover all.  How old are the kids?  Are any of them your biological children?

YMMV

As long as the stepparent relationship was created before the age of 18, then you can petition.   Now you will need 6 petitions @ $535 each.

YMMV
