Expedited Family Based Visa

Salaam to all Honorable Members!

Have two queries and request for precise answers please.

1.       My Migrant case was approved for expedite by the NVC on 10/23/2019 and my current status of NVC shows that my case is Islamabad. However, I have still not received an interview date. How much time it will take for interview

2.       Would Interview call be sent by US Embassy or NVC

How would any of us know that? Even with an expedite, it's "faster" but not "fast". Nothing is fast in the world of immigration.

Normally, the NVC would schedule the interview. I don't know for the case of expedite.

Thanks! but main concern is of interview call as it has already been  a month
