CFO for K2 follow to join

Good day.

Anyone here knows if we can schedule the k2 at the same K1 is getting CFO?

But our K2 will follow to join. We just want to have our CFO at the same time to lessen the hassle as K1 will be moving to the states first then the k2 will follow afterwards.

Thanks.

No, the K-2 has to attend CFO-PDOS and to attend that seminar the K-2 must have the passport with visa in hand.

Yes the K-1 and IR/CR-1 can attend CFO-GCP seminar before having visa in hand.     K-2 can NOT attend CFO-GCP that is only for spouse or fiancee of USC

How old is the K2?  Children under 12 (I believe) do not need to attend the seminar.  They only need to have the paperwork filled out in order to get their sticker once they have visa in hand.

Yes you are correct.  They only need to register to get the CFO sticker.

K2 will be 18 y/o by the time she applies for the visa and attend the CFO seminar.
