All DDs will be required to obtain a ML.

Just because they married the second time, does not mean they divorced the first time.

The clerk's office will need to see all of the them.

Yes they will need it. How do they know the second marriage was legal without the divorce decree for the first marriage?

You are "painting" a picture of your marital history for USCIS. The picture would look incomplete without all of the required elements.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

I don’t know the “illegal marriage” .. how can you do that?
My friends just don’t know the address to get divorce decree so she will have to track 20 years ago.

Not me.

I was meaning "your" marital history, as in the petitioner's marital history must be documented in detail at the FormI-129F visa petition part of the process. The beneficiary's marital history must be documented in detail at the consulate/interview phase of the visa application part of the process.

If you are now applying for AOS from a K1 visa, this information should have already been submitted at the K1 visa process. If you are waiting for your AOS interview, the IO can ask to see any and all original documentation, including, all marital/birth/divorce decrees/certificates from both/either of you, that pertain to this current immigration process during the  AOS interview.

By saying you never got married. In many countries, there is nothing you need to present if you say you were never married. It happens a lot more than you think...we see it here every so often.

Correction, If you are waiting for your AOS interview, the IO can ask to see any and all original documentation, including, all marital/birth/divorce decrees/certificates from both/either of you, that pertain to this current immigration process during the  AOS interview.

Hopefully that is inclusive enough for you....

BTW, you should likely be posting your questions in the AOS forum from Work, Student and Tourist visas, not here in the AOS forum from K1/K3 visas.B-)

That is correct, look at the top of the forum titles similar, but there is a distinction. But your timeline says you used a K1 visa? You should be OK. Sorry, it is late...time to get some rest.  Good night, and good luck.

Tell your friend that addresses  can be had through the miracle of the Google.
