Dont know why status is Adminsttative processing whem consule said visa was approved

Everyone has their moment of time in AP,  whether it be for a hour or a month +.

The CO stating you are approved during the interview isn't quite true .. actually approval isn't until you see ISSUED status on CEAC.

How long does AP usually take interview was 12/11 their was an update on 12/12 then another up on 12/13 and no other updates since 12/13

How long?   1 hour, 1 week, 1 month,  however long it takes ...   depends on the application and the embassy being satisfied.

Relax and be .... PATIENT

Did your case change to nonimmigrant?

YMMV

So we submitted wrong form

Nope, you used the correct form.   K-1 is a non-immigrant visa, but is processed as an immigrant visa (mostly) .. at the finally stages of the visa approval the case file is transferred to the non-immigrant visa unit for actual issuance.

For the most part the K-1 visa is processed as an immigrant visa, but it is actually a non-immigrant visa (with immigration intent), so just before it goes to ISSUED the Immigrant Visa Unit transfers the case file to the Non-Immigrant Visa Unit for final review and issuance.

Yes .. expect to see ISSUED status very soon!  :joy:
