I'm filing for my wife from Colombia  I-130, I-130A, I-864, I-485, I- 765 and I-131.  I know I need to translate her birth certificate and divorces from Spanish to English but do I need to also have them apostille in Colombia? Can I also send these forms to the same address as the one for I-485? I read I can send concurrently I-130 and I-485 but does this mean to the same address or at the same time but to the address specified at USCI site for each form?

All documents in Spanish need to translate en English. If you are fluent in Spanish and English you can translate all documents with this note:

I,    Certify that I am fluent in the English and Spanish languages, and the above document is an accurate translation of the documents attached entitled “Birth certificate”

Address

tel

email

Signature  and Date

Apostille is not required

Where is your wife ?
