Hey fellows,

i sent my AOS on Oct 25th. Today I finally got the receipts, except for my AP application. They say one page is missing and the fee was incorrect.

i would send it again. Do I really have to pay the fee again? And how much faster would I get AP than greencard?

What fee did you pay?  I131 is fee waived when filed with or after the i485

I payed 1225$
but they say filing fee is incorrect and one page is missing. I can easily send I131 again with the missing page but I don’t know what to do with the fee.

You include the I797 from the i485
